How to get rid of toxic people

Published by apvinc at 4:19 pm under Uncategorized Edit This

Toxic people are those who drain you of your energy. They negative in their thinking, they waste your valuable time or they are abusive or otherwise bad for your health. Here are some ways to get rid of toxic people.

RECOGNIZE THEM FOR WHO THEY ARE. Toxic people radiate negativity. You can recognize them by their negative outlook on life, their gloom and doom attitude and their inability to encourage others.

DON’T FEED THE WILD LIFE.

Since misery truly loves company, toxic people loves their problems. By listening to their constant complaining, you are feeding them with the fuel they need to keep their fire of discord burning. Stop feeding toxic people with your time and energy and they will move on.

REMAIN POSITVE.

Positive thinking is the enemy of toxic people. The more positive you are, the more they can’t stand it. Fight back by telling negative thinking people just how happy you are. The key to victory is to NEVER let their negativity bring down your happiness. The happier you are the more they lose power.

THE MIRROR WILL NEVER LIE. Secretly record them being negative. Later, tell them that you recorded someone (else) being so negative about their life, that you just have to hear it. When they realize that it’s themselves that they hear being negative, simply tell them that mirrors never lie. Finally tell them that they are to toxic for you and that you have to make room for more positive thinking people.

* You deserve to have only happy people influencing you. You have the power to choose, so choose wisely.

* You have to see them for who they really are. Toxic people may be your best friend or a parent. You don’t have to ex them out of your life, just their behavior. Some times you can love best from a distance.
